We undertake design and construction of highways and expressways through engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) contracts and also develop roads and highways projects, including highways and bridges on hybrid annuity model (“HAM”) basis (the “Annuity Business”), and through our Subsidiaries complete build, operate, transfer (“BOT”) annuity projects under which we receive annuity income. We also undertake design and construction contracts for railways, ropeways and other structural projects.

Ravi Infrabuild was started by Mr. Vijay Singh Rao in February 2009. The company originated from Udaipur and incorporated as Pvt. Ltd. in the same year and incorporated as Limited in 2023. Formerly known as Ravi Construction Company, our company deals in the construction of civil engineering projects related to Highways, Railways, Irrigation projects, etc. Ravi Infrabuild is steadily expanding its operations towards different segments of infrastructures with its presence in different parts of the country.
Currently, it is lending its expertise to three major Indian states i.e. Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh. Our team of experts have an extensive background in construction of different infrastructures like Railways projects, Highways, Irrigation projects and state and national Highway projects. Most of our projects are Government based, along with vast inter-state projects.
